Password Problems
In order to maintain the security of the system and the integrity of each individual User ID, password resets can only be initiated and processed via email. This allows
R. L. Polk & Co. to verify the source of the request and then transmit new passwords to previously approved mailboxes of each individual user.
System Related Questions / Problems
Any other type of question, issue or comment can also be sent to the GPHD. Please enter the following information and press the [Submit] button to send to the GPHD. When the GPHD receives your request, the appropriate area will review it and a resolution will be communicated back by the GPHD.
